Meetings Plus More! is a meeting management company established by Kathryn H. Byrd, CMP, CPP, CMMM and Mollie P. Rasor, CMP, CMMM.

• Manage multiple continuing medical education dinners for various pharmaceutical companies each month on a contract basis.
• Planned and managed continuing education meeting for veterinarians held at Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville.
• Raleigh Convention Center's Raleigh Wide Open 4 U Celebration. Meetings Plus More! managed on-site registration for 600 guests.
• Triangle Business Journal's 16th Annual Fast 50 Awards Dinner. Meetings Plus More! administered on-site registration for 680 guests.
• Raleigh Convention Center’s Dedication Gala. For this event, Meetings Plus More! managed RSVPs and on-site registration for 1,200 guests.
• NC Veterinary Conference with budget of $400,000 - 1,200 veterinarians and veterinary technicians in attendance with 95 exhibitors
• NC Academy of Family Physicians Winter Conference with budget of $350,000 - 400 family physicians in attendance with 65 exhibitors
• NC Academy of Family Physicians Summer Conference with budget of $325,000 - 350 family physicians in attendance with 65 exhibitors
• West Indies Veterinary Conference with budget of $147,000 - 155 veterinarians with five sponsors
• Cardiology in the Canyon with budget of $50,000 - 25 veterinarians and one sponsor

Meeting Planning Experience:
• Kathryn: 22 years as the Director of Continuing Education and Outreach at NC State University's College of Veterinary Medicine
• Mollie: 10 years as the Executive Director of the NC Veterinary Medical Association; 3 years as the Director of Continuing Medical Education for the NC Academy of Family Physicians
• Collectively, 35 years of planning, managing, executing meetings and conferences, ranging from one day to seven days
